Terms of Use
Last updated: 06 August 2026
1. Purpose of Codhi
Codhi is a private internal administrative system used for internal records management and calendar coordination.
2. Restricted access
Codhi is not a public self-service application. There is no public registration. Access is restricted to authorised users only.
3. Calendar synchronisation
Codhi may connect to Google Calendar when authorised by an administrator. Calendar synchronisation is used to create, update, import, and review events related to internal records.
Codhi does not automatically apply unknown Google Calendar events to internal records. Imported Google Calendar events are placed into a review process so an authorised administrator can decide what action to take.
4. Administrator responsibility
Administrators are responsible for reviewing imported calendar events, resolving conflicts, and ensuring internal information is accurate.
5. Availability
Codhi is provided as a private internal operational tool. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the system available, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
6. Data use
Codhi data is used to operate the private internal admin system. Google Calendar data, when connected, is used only for calendar synchronisation and review purposes. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when Codhi changes or when operational, legal, or calendar integration requirements change.
8. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the Codhi administrator using the support email shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
