1. About Codhi

Codhi is a private internal administrative system used by authorised users to manage internal records and calendar coordination. Codhi is not a public sign-up platform. Access is restricted to authorised users only.

2. Information stored in Codhi

Codhi may store internal information entered by authorised users, including operational records, notes, calendar sync information, and related administrative data.

3. Google Calendar data

If an authorised administrator connects Google Calendar, Codhi may access Google Calendar event data only for calendar synchronisation and review purposes.

Codhi may use Google Calendar access to:

  • Create Google Calendar events from Codhi internal records.
  • Update Google Calendar events when linked Codhi records change.
  • Import Google Calendar events into Codhi for administrator review.
  • Detect changed or deleted Google Calendar events linked to Codhi records.
  • Allow an administrator to resolve calendar conflicts manually.

Codhi does not use Google Calendar data for advertising. Codhi does not sell Google user data. Codhi does not share Google Calendar data with third parties except where required to provide the calendar synchronisation functionality requested by the authorised administrator.

4. How Google Calendar data is handled

Google Calendar data imported into Codhi is used to help administrators review events and link them to internal records. Unknown Google Calendar events are not automatically applied to Codhi records. An authorised administrator must review and confirm any action.

Calendar connection tokens may be stored securely by Codhi so the authorised administrator does not need to reconnect Google Calendar for every sync.

5. Disconnecting Google Calendar

An authorised administrator can disconnect Google Calendar from within Codhi. Disconnecting removes Codhi's active connection to Google Calendar and stops future synchronisation unless the calendar is connected again.

6. Data sharing

Codhi is used as a private internal admin system. Data is not sold. Data is not used for advertising. Data is not made publicly available by Codhi.

7. Data security

Codhi uses restricted login access and server-side storage to protect internal data. Access should only be granted to authorised users who need to use the system.

8. Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy or Codhi's use of Google Calendar data, contact the Codhi administrator using the support email shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
